QA Junior Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with basic automation concepts and scripting in any language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.)
• Exposure to any automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Assist in creating and maintaining test scripts using basic automation techniques
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
