QA Manager

Summary

Join Radformation, a company aiming to improve global cancer care through automated treatment planning, as a QA Manager. This remote position (US or Canada) requires a highly motivated medical physicist passionate about radiation therapy. You will work with the Product Manager, another QA Manager, and the engineering team to ensure the highest quality of ClearCheck software. Responsibilities include testing new product versions, troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, and collaborating with the Regulatory Team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of clinical medical physics experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a clinical medical physicist
• Extensive plan validation across multiple treatment techniques and modalities
• Validation and verification experience
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care
• Detailed documentation skills including ability to clearly define ideas
• Experience with implementation of AAPM Task Group reported related to second check systems

Responsibilities

• Testing product version prior to release to aid in quality assurance
• Version verification and validation testing to ensure product quality and integrity
• Coordination with the Success and Support teams for troubleshooting assistance and/or clinic setup
• Sharing feedback with the Product Manager and engineering team
• Documentation generation for product related materials
• Medical Device documentation preparation, in cooperation with our Regulatory team, such as defining requirement specifications, outlining testing conditions, executing and documenting testing, and outlining and mitigating software risks

Preferred Qualifications

• >5 years experience as a clinical medical physicist using Radformation products, particularly ClearCheck
• Experience using Visual Studio or similar coding software
• Programming experience using C#
• Familiarity with multiple treatment planning systems
• Product testing and/or verification experience
• Customer service experience
