QA Specialists

Summary

Join DEPT® as a Creative QA Specialist and become part of a dedicated team ensuring flawless delivery of creative assets. You will review content, visual elements, and audio, checking alignment with brand guidelines and collaborating with other departments. This role involves meticulous review at various stages of multiple projects to catch layout issues, grammar inconsistencies, and brand misalignment. You will also review translated creative assets and verify final deliverables against project briefs. Ideal candidates possess experience in creative quality assurance, excellent proofreading skills, familiarity with grammar styles, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication, time management, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Please note this is a temporary contract.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of Chicago and AP grammar styles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal skills in both individual and group settings
• Ability to identify layout issues of individual projects and work quickly and independently to provide critical feedback when necessary
• Adoption of DEPT Creative team’s communication and project management tools
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Performing quality assurance reviews on all digital assets/deliverables, including static banners, social media animation, and presentation decks
• Ensuring that all deliverables are consistent with brand standards and guidelines
• Keeping in close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track
• Keeping up to date on and adhering to QA best practices across different platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools
• Experience in a performance marketing agency
• Proficiency in the following programs/tools: Dropbox and Google Drive, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
