Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases and scripts based on business and system requirements and design documentation
• Lead the documentation and maintenance of testing strategies, best practices, plans, and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with a team of Business Analysts, UX Designers, development resources, and other Quality Analysts
• Identify, record, and track defects to resolution
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, smoke testing, and stress testing as needed
• Document and communicate test results and provide feedback to IT Team and business stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to successful implementation, validation, delivery, and adoption of defined solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
