Requirements

• Have a Background in Engineering – Mechanical or Electronics
• Hold QM certificates
• Be Fluent in English
• Have ISO 9001 certification and work experience in Internal Auditing, documentation, QMS
• Have Minimum 5 years of work experience in managerial position (preferably in Oil&Gas industries) in medium-size organization [between 200 to 500 people]
• Have Experience in QM and QC in companies that have non-standard production/assembly lines and that had to be very flexible in meeting all client’s requirements
• Have some international exposure
• Be a Disciplined and well-organized character, presentable and have good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary

Responsibilities

• Define Policies & Strategies for Quality Management & HSE that are reported to the Top Management
• Define competencies for Quality Department team members
• Oversee the performance of all aspects pertaining to Quality & HSE in the & at site
• Decide on Quality staff recruitment based on required competencies
• Promote the competency development of personnel in the scope of Quality & HSE both in the Office and in site
• Approve procedures for the company manually & IT ERP
• Set standards for quality as well as health and safety
• Design and implement all activities pertaining to Quality & HSE
• Recommend to Top Management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the Department
• Train Quality personnel in process areas including internal auditors (including HSE)
• Approve all documents & records pertaining to Quality & HSE as well as the outputs of Quality Team
• Implement all applicable standards in PIPECARE
• Decide on Non-conformities in the CAR
• Format & approval the effectiveness of the actions taken against the non-conformities
• Identify new concepts in Quality & implementing the suitable ones
• Evaluate performance of the Process, Product & Quality Team members
• Monitor the performance of internal auditors
• Qualify the Internal Auditors of Systems of the company
• Conduct all types of Quality audits within PIPECARE
• Approve all Quality & HSE Plans
