Quality Assurance Analyst

This remote role, exclusively for South African citizens, demands exceptional English communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic. The position requires working US hours (9 am to 6 pm EST), a stable high-speed internet connection with a wired Ethernet capability, and a reliable power backup solution. Candidates must possess at least one year of Quality Analyst experience within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing US team members, providing feedback, and identifying quality trends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year Quality Analyst experience
• Healthcare process background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time)
• A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
• A reliable power backup solution

Responsibilities

• Learn process and audit tasks/calls for multiple functions
• Identify quality trends and performance opportunities and articulate findings
• Audit US team members
• Give feedback to the US team members
