Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements

• A technical background, preferably Engineering OR Minimum 2 years experience in working in a Software Development team (in any role)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Portuguese and English)
• Ability to interpret and analyze data of different types
• Ability to interpret and write functional requirements
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude, critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Define and perform manual tests thereby ensuring product quality
• Identify defects and track issues through resolution
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
• Be an active participant in all parts of the software development process, cross-functionally, making sure testing “shifts left”
• Conduct investigations by analyzing logs and using internal support tools
• Document functional requirements, test results, team processes and tutorials
• Proactively and clearly report status and quality risks to stakeholders
• Support Product Operations tasks such as configuring devices, conducting pilot/testing sessions with users, etc

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of software testing, testing tools and version control
• Basic knowledge of Python (or scripting in other languages)
