Summary

Join Tide's growing Operations support team as an Ongoing Monitoring Quality Assurance Analyst in Hyderabad. Monitor adherence to Ongoing Monitoring processes, including card disputes and faster payment monitoring. Ensure correct actions are taken to identify and report Financial Crime concerns. Assist in creating and implementing quality processes and procedures. Assess technical accuracy, customer service, and policy conformity. Work closely with the QA Team lead and other teams to identify and improve processes. Tide offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work and the ability to work from different countries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Ongoing Monitoring Analysts’ adherence to key processes
• Share feedback on the QA audits
• Generate QA reports
• Achieve the sampling target which is allotted to you
• Identify trends with reference to process, analyst and segment
• Identify gaps / improvements in process
• Suggest automations
• Working closely with the peers to implement quality strategies and drive the overall project’s performance
