Summary

Join our team as a Quality Assurance professional and play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of services within VS365. You will develop and implement quality assurance processes, conduct tests and inspections on VS365 staff, and identify and resolve quality issues. This role requires proven experience in quality assurance, strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using testing and inspection equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests and inspections to identify any quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality metrics and goals
  • Analyze and interpret staff monitoring software intel, and provide recommendations to improve staff performance and reliability
  • Identify and resolve any quality issues that arise, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality assurance activities
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
