Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Summary

Join I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa, a dynamic BPO company, as a QA Specialist in ABA Therapy. This remote role, for South African citizens only, involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation supporting behavior therapy services. You will conduct NoteGuard reviews, manage Treatment Plan signatures, perform Learning Tree audits, and support additional QA tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and time management skills. This position offers a flexible work setup, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to impact behavioral health. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional and pleasant communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct NoteGuard reviews and follow-ups with Behavior Technicians (BTs) to maintain documentation accuracy
• Collect and manage Treatment Plan (TP) signatures
• Perform audits and quality checks in Learning Tree
• Support additional QA tasks and projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or behavioral health is a plus
