You will design, code, and maintain automated testing scripts, collaborate with development teams, generate test data, and test REST APIs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C#
  • Recent experience of testing AI systems and services
  • Experience with CI tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or Github
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, with demonstrable experience in Agile environments
  • Strong experience with IT application testing
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify regression scenarios from functional test cases and automate them using defined frameworks and data strategies
  • Design, code, and maintain automated scripts, functions, and libraries to streamline testing processes and reduce manual tasks
  • Collaborate with development and database teams to troubleshoot complex technical or end-user scenarios
  • Generate suitable test data to validate critical requirements and business rules, exposing regressive defects
  • Test REST APIs with JSON/XML data using tools such as Swagger, Postman, and/or SoapUI
  • Plan, drive, and develop automation frameworks while building smoke and regression suites
  • Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to prepare release notes and end-user documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally have London Market / Delegated Authority knowledge
