Quality Assurance Manager

Join our Fulfillment Tech Enabling Team as a Quality Assurance Manager and contribute to efficient and stable system solutions connecting internal systems with external logistics-driven systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and debugging of the backend complex tech projects
• Experienced in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing with great attention to detail
• Able to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems
• Easily build up knowledge of business processes and keep the business value of the processes in mind
• Possess very good communication skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
• Speak and write English fluently

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manual and automated testing for our middleware backend systems connected to our 3rd party logistics providers
• Introducing standard processes for manual and automated testing to ensure ongoing high quality in deployments & features
• Work together with developers on testing complex issues, working directly with databases & APIs
• Being able to reproduce and provide insights into issues & bug reports by analyzing logs & monitoring
• Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality features
• Join on tech conceptions in order to support finding efficient tech solutions in complex environments
