Requirements

  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably auto and home
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Quick learner and adaptable towards ever evolving processes and technologies
  • Experience properly rating, selling and underwriting insurance policies
  • Knowledge of carrier and agency guidelines
  • Ability to communicate proper actions and expectations as regards the writing of insurance policies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of insurance policies and underwriting practices for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of auditing procedures to ensure best practices are followed across the company
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and areas for potential improvement
