As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and seamless functionality of our document sending and signing workflows. You will perform both manual and automated testing, collaborate with developers, and contribute to process improvements. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manual and automated testing (UI, API, database)
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, Retrofit, and API testing tools (Postman)
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD processes, and release management
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Strong knowledge of test strategies, QA processes, and automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices
  • English – Intermediate+ (B1/B2)

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and automated testing of Send2Sign features, ensuring seamless document sending and signing workflows
  • Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both UI and API testing
  • Conduct accessibility, localization, and responsive testing to enhance user experience
  • Validate and analyze API responses (XML/JSON) and perform CRUD operations on endpoints
  • Ensure database integrity by verifying data consistency across UI, API, and DB levels (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Develop and maintain automated UI and API tests using Selenium and TestNG
  • Implement test execution pipelines within the CI/CD process, ensuring smooth integration and deployment
  • Debug automation failures, optimize test execution, and improve test stability
  • Participate in release validation, smoke and regression testing before production deployments
  • Monitor logs, metrics, and system health using Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
  • Collaborate with developers on bug triage, root cause analysis, and improving test reliability
  • Contribute to test coverage analysis and reporting
  • Assist in defining and refining the test strategy, QA processes, and best practices for the team
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization of test efforts
  • Maintain and improve test documentation, test plans, and defect reports
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases
  • Engage in requirement analysis and risk assessment to align testing efforts with business goals
