Join Contentsquare's Quality Engineering team as a Quality Engineer and play a key role in accelerating the adoption of the Quality Assistance model. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests, monitoring quality KPIs, and collaborating with engineers and product managers. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a web-based environment (mobile application is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, WebdriverIO, pytest)
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL and API testing
- Experience using test management tools (e.g., TestRail,Tricentis)
- Exposure to frontend and/or full stack/system testing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and team player; ability to build alignment and influence cross-functionally
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Assess the need of Quality Assistance based on rational evaluation and own the quality process for high ROI initiatives
- Coach and assist the product oriented teams to integrate quality standards and practices autonomously
- Design and implement end-to-end automated tests and contribute to the growth of automation coverage and reliability
- Monitor and drive quality KPIs, proactively supporting teams in improving test coverage and adherence to quality standards
- Gain deep knowledge of the Contentsquare platform and complete the internal certification process to better understand the product and customer workflows
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and support teams in adopting best practices aligned with real user needs
- Enhance, maintain, and refactor existing automation frameworks and test suites
- Formalize and document test cases using the test case management tool to ensure shared knowledge and traceability
- Provide constructive feedback to stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and product quality through clear communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable using Git and working from the command line
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI)
- Experience working with AWS and microservice architectures
- Exposure to monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
