Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Material Sciences, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, Physics or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Master's degree in Material Sciences, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, Physics or related field and 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated examples of the ability to problem solve and multitask

Responsibilities

• Establishing quality systems and processes across the supply line
• Managing and leading a team to address product or manufacturing nonconformance
• Reporting of quality indicators including ensuring correct ownership of systematic fixes
• Working with product development teams to ensure a solid handoff to manufacturing teams

Benefits

$80,190 – $120,050 compensation range for California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles
