Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working directly with clients and demonstrating responsibility for strategic client relationship management and consultation
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Google products
- Ability to effectively navigate and drive results in a highly complex, matrix environment
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask
- Public speaking experience, and strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact and influence
- Solid negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and ability to follow directions
- Knowledge of the health insurance industry, products, and services
- Project management-oriented organizational skills
- Act as a collaborative worker and foster a positive work environment
- Creative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of client and sales support inbox
- Resolve customer complaints with a sense of urgency and professional manner to maintain client loyalty
- Deliver and exceed expected revenue by driving client communications support around campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with support teams to prepare and deliver sales presentation to potential and existing clients
- Acts as a client advocate and proactively partners with internal teams to exceed client expectations
- Understand and manage client expectations and service needs by building and maintaining positive relationships (both internal and external) and by delivering quality service; thereby enhancing our reputation in the industry
- Contribute to renewal, identification of expansion/enhancement opportunities, facilitate contract changes and updates as needed
- Develop/conduct educational promotion, and strategic presentations as requested by clients
- Manages all service-related issues on assigned book of business by engaging the relevant cross functional partners
- Ensures the timely and accurate delivery of client communications (correspondence, product updates, fulfillment, reports, etc.)
- Demonstrates expertise in relevant solutions through contribution to client meetings and incorporating representation of product and operations, when necessary, in all customer, account management, and other internal strategic meetings
