Summary
Join RVO Health's State Quitline team as a Client Service Manager! This role focuses on managing Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO) accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary contact for MCOs, act as a client advocate, and contribute to contract renewals and expansion opportunities. The position requires strong client management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for public health. A significant portion of the role involves client travel. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client or account management
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Relationship building skills across multiple levels of org
- Must live within the region of the State Clients you are assigned to accommodate client meetings and travel needs
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day to day contact and manages Medicaid Managed Care Organizations accounts
- Act as a client advocate and proactively partners with/lead teams to exceed client expectations
- Build a strong working partnership with the internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to renewal, identification of expansion/enhancement opportunities, facilitate contract changes and updates
- Provide consultative services to clients to address service delivery needs, to provide quarterly business review meetings, and invite formal and informal feedback on Optum solutions, delivery, innovation, and relationship
- Deliver expected revenue and margins for current and new customers and their solutions
- Engage cross-functional teams on the delivery of relevant products, escalating issues where necessary and driving to resolution
- Monitor key performance indicators for all clients, maintaining a client status indicator
- Assist in RFP writing for existing and potential clients to continue growth of the State Quitlines
- Create strategic plans to target priority populations
- Dedicate 15% of your time to client travel to accommodate onsite visits and conference attendance
