Requirements

• Have 3+ years of mobile dev with 2+ in React Native and a public app in the stores
• Write clean, typed code and know when to drop to native modules for performance
• Debug memory leaks, ANRs, and JS threading issues without breaking a sweat
• Understand App Store and Google Play submission, review, and release processes
• Communicate crisply and thrive in async, fast-iteration teams
• Care about UX detail and accessibility as much as clever code

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain React Native apps for iOS and Android using TypeScript and Expo EAS
• Implement pixel-perfect UIs from Figma and handle complex animations with Reanimated or Lottie
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, handle offline caching, and ensure secure auth flows
• Own performance—optimize bundle size, reduce TTI, and keep FPS at 60 on mid-range devices
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, EAS) for nightly builds and OTA updates via CodePush
• Instrument analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing (PostHog, Sentry, Amplitude)
• Collaborate with product and design to scope mobile-first features and refine user flows
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and E2E tests, and document architecture decisions
• Ship MVP of flagship app to both stores within 90 days, meeting Lighthouse PWA scores ≥90
• Maintain crash-free sessions >99.5% and p95 cold-start <2 s across devices
• Deliver weekly OTA feature releases with automated test coverage ≥80%
