Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles
• Proficiency in Python for backend development
• Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask for backend services
• Understanding of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6 and beyond) and React app architectures
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and RESTful services
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS)
• Willingness to take ownership of features/products and manage end-to-end development
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies as needed
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to contribute to product direction within a small team environment
