Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis skills
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring
• Support capital deployment strategies
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless deal execution
• Evaluate and underwrite commercial real estate transactions
• Manage the deal pipeline and ensure smooth execution
• Prepare financial models, investment presentations, and market research to assess creditworthiness and optimize deal structures
• Collaborate with lenders and internal teams to support capital deployment and investment decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Credit Analysis and Capital Advisory
• Experience with CoStar, HubSpot, and CRM systems
• Familiarity with private credit, distressed assets, or alternative financing
• Prior experience with lenders, investment firms, or private equity
