Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Have at least 1-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and analysis
• Show proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven multitasking abilities
• Be self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry professionals to source new opportunities
• Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to evaluate the viability of potential acquisitions
• Support the due diligence process by gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data
• Prepare comprehensive memos and presentations to communicate investment analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless transaction execution
• Maintain accurate records of acquisition activities and performance metrics
• Participate in projects to enhance and innovate investment strategies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with real estate software platforms
• Have experience working in real estate investment or advisory firms
