Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-8340 Real Estate Cold Caller, working remotely with a flexible schedule (40 hours/week, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST, M-F, potential weekends). You will conduct cold calls to homeowners facing foreclosure, schedule consultations, maintain detailed call records, and meet appointment goals. This role requires proven cold-calling experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and CRM proficiency. Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other calling tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Redx CRM or other similar CRMs

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to homeowners in foreclosure and present our services
• Schedule appointments with potential clients for consultations
• Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting goals
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective calling strategies
• Stay informed about the real estate market and foreclosure processes
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
