Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the real estate or service industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude during calls

- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
- APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: MS Office, CRM (Go High Level), any phone system

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients within the real estate industry
- Introduce and promote our professional cleaning services to property owners, real estate agents, and property managers
- Build rapport with prospects, identify their cleaning service needs, and explain how our services can meet those needs
- Set appointments for follow-up calls, service presentations, or estimates
- Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions and lead information
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions
