Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Cold Caller and contribute to our sales pipeline by generating leads and setting appointments for sales professionals. Based in Latin America, you will make 500-600 outbound calls daily, aiming for 8-12 leads per day. You will utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to manage your activities and follow up with potential clients via email. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in call center sales and cold calling. The position offers flexibility to work from home and a supportive, innovative work culture.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional tone
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor
- Must be functional during power interruptions
- A functioning webcam
- A noise-canceling USB headset
- A quiet, dedicated home office space
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes
Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist
- Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails
- Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM
- Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM
- Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals
- Achieve 500-600 outbound calls per day
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
