Requirements

• 12 months experience working remote
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Experienced in high-end marketing design (real estate or corporate branding preferred)
• Proficient in Canva (experience with InDesign/Illustrator is a plus)
• Skilled in modular template creation for easy customization by non-designers
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and print design best practices

Responsibilities

• Design a fully modular, reusable listing kit template (~20 pages) in a print-friendly format (portrait orientation, high-resolution PDFs, proper margins for professional printing)
• Include dynamic elements (text, images, property details) for easy customization by non-designers
• Maintain brand consistency while allowing flexibility for different listings
• Use Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, or other design software (Canva preferred for final implementation)
