This role requires excellent communication, research, and attention to detail. Experience in real estate lead generation or outbound calling is preferred, but a willingness to learn is key. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in real estate lead generation or outbound calling preferred
  • Basic understanding of creative real estate acquisition strategies (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential property leads in target markets (pre-foreclosures, tax lien properties, vacant lots)
  • Pre-qualify leads based on criteria provided by the business owner
  • Contact property owners and conduct initial screening via phone
  • Set appointments for follow-up calls or property visits
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communication
  • Coordinate and update property data, including lot dimensions (e.g., 50x100)
  • Provide daily or weekly reports of lead status and progress
  • Use of a dialer system (e.g., Mojo, RingCentral) – VA will need to be comfortable learning a system provided by the client
  • Communication tools (email, voice messaging)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with U.S. real estate investors
  • Familiarity with pre-foreclosure and tax lien lead databases
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
