• Qualify leads effectively by asking the right questions to gauge interest, ensuring the team’s time is focused on high-potential clients
• Maintain and update the CRM with all interactions, keeping lead details current and setting timely reminders for follow-ups to ensure seamless lead management
• Refine and improve sales techniques daily, dedicating time to practice talk tracks, enhance strategies, and stay sharp on industry best practices
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments, ensuring lead flow is maximized and potential is fully realized
