Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Arizona real estate license
• At least 5 years of active licensure with at least 3 years of experience in recruiting and managing the day-to-day activities of real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral

Responsibilities

• Recruit, support, and coach your team of agents to help customers accomplish their buying and selling goals
• Partner with our customers to accomplish their real estate buying and selling goals
