Real Estate Lead Manager

Summary

The job is for a remote, full-time Lead Manager position in Real Estate. The role involves managing leads, building rapport with sellers, and skip tracing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, previous experience as a Lead Manager in Real Estate, and the ability to use Google Chrome and web-based applications.

Requirements

• An American or US Expat
• Can work in Central Time Zone - USA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has experience in skip tracing
• No other work commitments
• Know how to use Google Chrome and learn how to use web-based applications. The more tech-savvy, the better
• Receptive to feedback, coachable, and open to constructive criticism

Responsibilities

• Following up on all leads converting those to appointments
• Building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately
• Skip tracing
• Call and manage FSBO leads

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Experience as a Lead Manager in Real Estate is a plus
