Summary

Join World Business Lenders as a remote Contract/Consultant Valuation Analyst to analyze real estate collateral for loan applications, research local U.S. real estate markets, perform administrative tasks, and more. Requires excellent English communication skills, experience in real estate appraisals or banking, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• 100% Excellent English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in real estate appraisals/real estate or banking in the U.S. real estate markets
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value
• Research local U.S. real estate markets
• Create exhibits for reports
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
