Requirements

- Excellent attention to detail is essential
Responsibilities
- Attend to inquiries from job seekers on phone and emails
- Co-ordinate interview requests and calendar invites for the candidates
- Administrative assistance for other team members where required
- Work with a larger team to facilitate business functions and requests
Preferred Qualifications
- Office administration or customer service experience will be preferred
- Experience working with the MS Office suite of programs is highly preferred
