Recovery Driver and Troubleshooter

Summary

Join our team as a Virtual Driver and troubleshooter, where you'll oversee various initiatives, strive to achieve team goals, and operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a technical trouble shooter, you'll assist the Driver/Tester (AVO) when vehicle has issues, and work closely with SW, QA, and UX to improve the Tele Ops Interface.

Requirements

• Excellent driving history with no criminal history
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in high-stress situations, including knowledge of de-escalation techniques
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• Possess a customer service mindset and helpfulness
• Must be able to: Use radio communication systems
• Use mobile applications
• Sit in a vehicle for long hours
• Travel to different company sites for training
• Listen effectively, follow instructions and act promptly given instructions via radio communications
• Drive a vehicle in heavy traffic, assertively
• Follow navigation instructions exactly per in-vehicle systems
• Follow processes exactly as outlined and take initiative to execute

Responsibilities

• Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations
• Respond to and manage critical mission needs
• Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations
• Assist with testing and data collection
• Work closely with SW, QA, and UX to improve the Tele Ops Interface
