Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources
  • Extensive inbound and outbound call experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Hindi
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experienced in using different job platforms
  • Stable work environment with a reliable Wi-Fi connection (minimum speed of 30 Mbps) and a dedicated work-from-home setup
  • Availability and flexibility to work in a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and extended hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Apna’s job platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices
  • Provide personalized consulting services to recruiters over phone calls, Google Meet, and other meeting tools, offering tailored advice on optimizing their job postings, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition processes
  • Collaborate with recruiters to address a variety of challenges, including platform onboarding, candidate screening, sourcing to get relevant candidates, engagement to increase candidate intent, and job matching, ensuring they effectively utilize the platform's features to achieve their talent acquisition goals
  • Foster strong relationships with recruiters to build trust and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, with a focus on increasing recruiter retention on the platform
