We are seeking a Full-cycle Recruiter with fashion retail industry experience for a three-month contract (with potential extension) remote position. You will source and attract qualified candidates, develop recruitment strategies, conduct screenings and interviews, utilize various recruitment channels, maintain candidate databases, and partner with hiring managers and HR. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current industry trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience recruiting for a fashion retail company
• Located in the EST time zone (required)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current industry trends

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the fashion industry - roles may include merchant & corporate roles
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities
• Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and the HR team
