Recruiter/Sourcer

Summary

Join our team as a Recruiter and develop strategic staffing approaches to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. You will utilize strong sourcing and headhunting skills, negotiate salaries, and demonstrate excellent organizational and pipelining abilities. The ideal candidate will create recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities include managing all stages of the recruitment process, collaborating with leadership to understand hiring needs, and creating effective recruiting tactics. You will also draft job descriptions, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback. This role requires a proactive approach and excellent time management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Three to Five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process. Experience recruiting for creative marketing roles is a plus
• Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the recruitment process
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization
• Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees
• Draft and create job descriptions as needed. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes
• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes
• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process
• Schedule interviews, draft interview questions for hiring managers, and debrief to gather manager feedback after the interview process concludes
• Perform other duties as assigned
