Summary

Intellipro Group, a leading human resources and talent acquisition company based in Silicon Valley, is expanding its operations to Japan and seeking a Recruitment Consultant for their new office. The role involves managing the full cycle recruiting process, developing hiring strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, sourcing candidates, driving the offer process, and contributing to business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, agency experience is preferred
• Exceptional ability to stay organized, communicate, interview, and a passion for finding exceptional candidates
• Recruiting experience across multiple departments
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Work with different departments/clients to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions
• Cultivate and maintain a strong working relationship with business leaders to understand the business units, facilitate workforce planning strategies, and create a partnership that ensures a fast and simple hiring process
• Source, screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Drive the offer process -- including extending offers, closing candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flows and pipelines to meet overall recruiting goals
• Develop new clients and explore opportunities to expand the client base, contributing to the growth and success of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and/or Chinese would be an asset for effective communication with a diverse clientele
• Previous experience in both BD and AM roles would be an asset
