- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Pearlโs growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve high performance in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes
- Establish strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and maintain a positive company image
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain Pearl's competitive edge in talent acquisition
- Foster an inclusive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
