Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with Pearl’s growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve high performance in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Utilize data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes
• Establish strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and maintain a positive company image
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to maintain Pearl's competitive edge in talent acquisition
• Foster an inclusive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
