As a District Sales Manager, you will balance direct-to-consumer sales and leadership, acting as the first point of contact for prospective members at events while also developing your team's skills. You will represent U.S. LawShield at speaking engagements and table events, assist customers in finding suitable products, manage the enrollment process, and leverage technology for sales tracking. This role requires a highly motivated individual with leadership experience, a passion for public speaking, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. Responsibilities
- Professionally and knowledgeably represent U.S. LawShield in person at speaking engagements and table events on evenings and weekends within your region
- Assist potential customers in identifying the best product and services to meet their needs
- Execute the member enrollment process
- Leverage technology to track, report, and advance your sales activity
- Hire, train, develop, and manage new talent

- $70,000 base plus a monthly bonus once goal is met leading to an OTE of 90k-110k
