Regional Engagement Analyst

Summary

Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform that connects employees to fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep services. As a Wellbeing Engagement Analyst, you will create communication and engagement campaigns for existing clients, support the planning team in building and running benefit tools and webinars, and participate in projects to improve processes related to webinars.

Requirements

• Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides)
• Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events

Responsibilities

• Support the planning team in building and running benefit tools and webinars
• Conduct webinars about Wellhub for launching companies and existing clients
• Preparation and adaptation of materials for conducting sessions
• Responsible for facilitating the production of items with partners: graphics, awards, etc. In addition to being responsible for stocking and shipping items for onsite actions
• Participation in projects to improve processes related to webinars, as well as new tools and ways to scale the activity to more companies collectively

JIRA, ZOOM, Teams (is a plus)
