Responsibilities

• Planning promotional activities and campaigns as part of the retention strategy for existing customers
• Monitoring relevant KPIs to drive campaign and promotional performance
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product teams on building retention and segmentation tools
• Working closely with business analysts on building the correct tools for analysing success of marketing activities
• Ensuring offers and promotions are competitive for each region and market
• Working with partners on joint campaigns
• Lead, nurture and motivate the Retention team across Online Casino Games

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of retention and automation tools is preferred
• People management experience
