• Monitoring relevant KPIs to drive campaign and promotional performance to ensure they are having the desired effect across the market
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product teams on building retention and segmentation tools
• Working closely with business analysts on building the correct tools for analysing success of marketing activities
• Responsible for ensuring offers and promotions are competitive for each region and market
• Working with partners on joint campaigns
• Lead, nurture and motivate the Retention team across Online Casino Games
