Summary
Join Cricut's fast-paced Latin America team as Regional Sales Manager, responsible for sales strategies and results across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will establish and grow the Cricut brand's presence, manage distribution networks (wholesale, retail, e-commerce), and oversee P&L responsibilities for each customer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, exceeding revenue targets. Develop long-term distribution strategies, consistently deliver regional results, and cultivate executive-level relationships. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will inspire entrepreneurship and creativity in your markets, setting ambitious goals and effectively articulating Cricut's strategy.
Requirements
- Prior experience with proven track record in technology/consumer electronic sales, marketing and business development
- Ability to uncover customer needs and potential market trends to formulate a multi-country strategy in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience
- Superb analytical skills
- Available to work from home office
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- Travel: up to 40%
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the sales strategies and results for Mexico, Central America and Caribbean regions
- Establish/ Increase awareness of the Cricut brand within the target segments
- Establish/ Grow the distribution network for Cricut machines, accessories, and consumables (wholesale, retail and ecommerce)
- Manage retail and e-commerce accounts in your region to maximize mix, sales and margins
- Have full P+L responsibilities for each of your customers
- Work with cross functional teams (Pricing, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Technical Support) to define the GTM for your countries and execute within region to achieve/exceed company’s revenue targets
- Define long term distribution strategy and requirements
- Consistently deliver regional results: Revenue, Product Mix, Margins, Awareness, Customer Value
- Be the expert in the region and a reference for the Organization, with a deep knowledge of consumers, channels, competition, and opportunities
- Focus on Q+2 planning and forecasting to align with company targets
- Develop and coordinate executive level relationships with Customers’ and Cricut's internal executives
- Create and maintain an understanding of TAM, share and growth opportunities
- Set ambitious goals
- Define Regional and Segment targets
- Effectively articulate Cricut´s strategy to internal stakeholders and key customers
- Have solid leadership skills and motivate a diverse team

Preferred Qualifications
- E-commerce sales experience strongly desired
- MBA preferred
- English/Spanish languages strongly preferred
