Summary
Join Eurofins EAG Laboratories as a Regional Sales Manager and profitably grow the business in your assigned territory, primarily in Southern CA. This remote position requires significant local travel (over 50%). You will identify sales opportunities, develop strategies, and follow established sales processes. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and communicating them to operational teams. The role involves building strong customer relationships and contributing to the larger Eurofins EAG organization. Requirements
- BS degree in engineering, materials science or related field
- Semiconductor experience is a must
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient communicator and listener
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Strong analysis and judgment skills
- Able to work individually and independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented
- Manage multiple functions and maintain good organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Profitably grow Eurofins EAGβs sourced revenue year to year to meet agreed upon targets
- Identify the best opportunities and develop strategies to ensure these opportunities are converted to sales
- Follow established sales processes to ensure selling effectiveness
- Identify customer needs and communicate these to operational teams for evaluation and action
