Regional Traffic Manager

Summary

Join Townsquare Media Broadcasting, LLC as a Regional Traffic Manager! This role involves managing daily preparation and maintenance of on-air logs, utilizing WideOrbit software to schedule inventory and maximize station revenue across multiple markets (Casper, Montrose, Grand Junction, and Odessa). You will be responsible for tasks such as reconciling broadcast logs, monitoring sellout, and processing production orders. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, possesses strong computer and organizational skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Manage commercial traffic logs and maximize inventory
• Reconcile broadcast logs
• Monitor sellout
• Process production orders
• Assign copy instructions
• Upload scripts for co-op clients
• Initiate innovative problem solving and decision-making tools to achieve station goals
• Work with sales management and account executives to efficiently accommodate advertisers and maintain revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with WideOrbit, AmperWave, vCreative, and/or another broadcast inventory management software
• Prior production or broadcasting experience
