Summary

The job is for a Registered Dietitian at Foodsmart Nutrition Network, a digital platform that provides personalized nutrition care to members. The role involves providing MNT via remote sessions, digital shop-alongs, and regular assessments to help members eat healthier and reduce the risk of chronic disease. The dietitian will work with primarily Medicaid members from underserved communities.

Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and Licensed Dietitian
• At least one state licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions to patients with a variety of health and lifestyle needs
• Provide digital shop-alongs to help patients use their grocery money on Foodsmart's digital platform
• Support your patient in completing regular nutrition assessments via Foodsmart's proprietary nutrition quiz
