Requirements
- Medical License: Valid medical license in your practicing country
- Fluency in Spanish: Proficiency in both general and medical Spanish
- Experience with Spanish-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Spanish-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication
Responsibilities
- Evaluate Spanish-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Spanish-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
- Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
- Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
- Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves
