Join Hippocratic AI as a part-time, remote contractor and contribute your expertise as a fluent Japanese-speaking Registered Nurse to enhance our Japanese-speaking medical Large Language Model. This 1-month contract (with potential extension) requires 5-10 hours per week. You will evaluate the model's accuracy and effectiveness, provide linguistic and cultural insights, and review error reports from simulated patient interactions. Your experience working with Japanese-speaking patients and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate possesses cultural competence and technical proficiency with virtual communication tools.

Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country
• Fluency in Japanese: Proficiency in both general and medical Japanese
• Experience with Japanese-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Japanese-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Japanese-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Japanese-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves
