Join Planful's Account Development team as an Account Development Representative to drive new business in the mid-market and build pipeline through outbound outreach.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in conjunction with other ADRs and AMs
- Proven track record of success in the mid-market at previous companies
- Outstanding verbal communication, listening and writing skills
- Professional, energetic, positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Success-driven with a strong work ethic
- At least 12 months of experience working in a sales development
Responsibilities
- Generate, develop, qualify and set new business opportunities to increase revenue opportunities for the Account Management Team
- Proactively contact target prospects via phone, email, social networking and other creative ways
- Conduct high level conversations with senior executives within target accounts
- Research and prioritize key accounts
- Build rapport with prospects through a consultative solution sales approach
- Identify and map prospectsβ needs to Planful solutions
- Maintain a solid understanding of our software solutions, competitors and industry trends
- Use tools such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and more to find and contact prospects
- Report on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results
