Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience
  • One or more (1+) years of sales or account management experience, ideally managing large nonprofit or community-focused accounts
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and commitment to supporting community initiatives
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Type 40+ WPM
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers
  • Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Account Oversight – Manage all aspects of the client account, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and support that align with client’s mission
  • Growth Opportunity Identification - Collaborate with the client to explore new ways to enhance the partnership
  • Develop and foster relationships - Act as the primary point of contact for this large nonprofit client, building a collaborative and trust-based partnership with key stakeholders
  • Problem solving & issue resolution - Identify and resolve challenges proactively
  • Reporting & analytics - Prepare and present regular reports, summarizing account performance, service improvements, and potential areas for growth in alignment with the client’s mission and values
  • Contract and Renewal Management - Manage the lifecycle of the client’s contract
