Remote Account Service Agent

Summary

Join our team as an Account Services Agent and contribute to customer account management and order processing. Update client records, process orders, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in sales or sales support, with a focus on processing purchase orders and contracts preferred
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships through effective cross-departmental collaboration and communication
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to pass a criminal record check required

Responsibilities

• Create and update customer account records
• Process customer orders and sales contracts
• Respond to emails and phone calls to support colleagues
• Work with colleagues and across departments to support and resolve inquiries, executing tasks as needed
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Assist with and perform other related tasks, duties, and projects as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
• Strong organizational and communications skills (written and verbal)
• Strong typing skills
• Self starter who can work independently
• Ability to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines
